Starting on Monday 26th April, Stay At Home Lit Fest is putting on a fantastic programme of literary events, all of them online, and all of them free to access. As the name suggests, this means that you can engage with the festival from the comfort of your own home, taking part in as many events as you like from the comfort of your own sofa, bed, hot tub, or deckchair. There’s something for everyone, and you can check out their full programme here.
We’re delighted that two of our authors are taking part in the festival. At midday on Friday April 30th Emma Purshouse will be talking about her debut novel Dogged, while Ian Elmslie will be offering up anecdotes and tales from his book A Marvellous Party at midday on Monday May 3rd.
Either (or both) of these events are well worth catching. You can book your free ticket for Emma’s talk here, and your free ticket for Ian’s show here. We also recommend exploring the Stay At Home programme for further gems of events. After all, if we’ve got to stay at home, we may as well do it in style!
